Terms and conditions
Swimmers already having lessons with AquaTeach will have priority on places provided they re-book on time.
Re-bookings are usually done after each half term break.
All other places are booked on a first come first served basis.
All bookings and re-bookings will only be confirmed on receipt and clearance of payments.
Term lengths may vary and prices are based on the number of lessons per school term.
Refunds for non-attendance will not be given.
AquaTeach hires the pools, and is therefore not directly responsible for the pool maintenance. In the unusual event of a pool closure we may offer an alternative venue. No refunds will be given. If no alternative is available credit notes will be given in lieu of payment for future lessons.
Before During and After Lessons.
In the event of a teacher’s absence, we will make every effort to provide a replacement teacher.
However if this is not possible classes will be joined where appropriate.
It is not the responsibility of AquaTeach to look after pupils prior to their arrival on the poolside or once they have left. Parents are responsible for children in the changing area. If a parent wishes to speak to the teacher they must wait till the lesson is over to arrange a suitable time. The teacher will not be able to answer questions during lessons.
Please be changed and ready to start on time for the lesson.
If your child is swimming please do not leave the premises during the lesson and ensure you are there to collect them at the end.
Please inform the teacher if someone else is collecting your child.
We will provide equipment needed but please encourage your child to wear a swimming hat. Goggles are allowed.
AquaTeach follow the regulations laid down by the letting facility for each pool. Please follow instructions given by the teacher regarding this.
No photos or visual recording devices including mobile phones may be used during lessons. This is for child protection purposes. If you would like to make recording or photo please speak to the teachers conducting the lesson.
